Non Paying Ebay?
I just listed my digital camera for sale on Ebay using Buy It Now, and received an auction-ending bid, as well as an E-mail from the winning bidder asking me if I would ship it UPS Express to Nigeria. After explaining to this person clearly that my shipping description specifically stated "Will only ship to US," and sending an invoice for payment, the winning bidder is now no longer a registered Ebay member! Similar situations have arisen before, and I am getting sick and tired of non-paying bidders. I'm down $15 in Ebay fees alone for this one transaction. I just sent them an e-mail emphasizing the LEGALITY of the CONTRACT they entered when they clicked "Buy It Now," but it looks like I will be out of luck once again. What do I do?!?! Any tips??? **edit: The winning bidder resides in New York, New York, and wanted me to have the item shipped to her sister in Nigeria. I sent her an e-mail advising her to change her Account Preferences to reflect a correct New York shipping address so that I could expedite the domestic shipping process once I received payment, but she never responded, and now her account is unregistered with Ebay.

Are Kodak Brand Digital Camera Reliable?
I see many Kodak brand digital cameras for sale. Two things make me hesitate to buy that brand. One being is Kodak is better known as a film company. The other is if the cameras are actually made by Kodak or outsourced. I see they are slightly cheaper than the well known brands like Olympus, Nikon, etc. I would rather pay a little extra for a good camera if they are substandard. Would anyone recommend them for amateur to "wanna be" pro use?
